The heart of Hello Blessed
We need God,
We need each other
Hello Blessed began in 2020, when I gave birth to my first daughter, Olivia. In that season I understood how much women need each other, and how much women need God.
I began to picture a community of selflessness, where women don’t work against each other but for each other. When sisters carry one another, our homes become better, our society becomes better, and we raise our children with the right things going into their hearts and minds.
Hello Blessed is a place where no woman has to walk her season alone. Whether she is a new mother, a student, a wife, a working woman or someone still searching, there is a sister here who has walked a similar road and is ready to walk it with her. We believe a woman grows best when she is seen, heard and prayed for. When one of us is strong, she lends her strength; when one of us is weak, she is carried. We choose to cheer each other on instead of competing or comparing. And what begins in our circle does not stay there. The patience we learn, the prayers we pray and the kindness we practise go home with us, into our marriages, friendships, workplaces and the lives of our children. We started small but we have seen what happens when a few women give what little they have: it becomes more than enough. Every woman who joins brings something only she can give, and our hope is that each sister leaves not only encouraged, but ready to encourage someone else.
